Terms of use

Last updated: March 30, 2026

This English translation is provided for your convenience. The French version of these terms is the only legally binding version: in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. Read the French version.

Article 1: Legal notice and purpose

The RunMorph platform, available at runmorph.com, is published by Homeseek SARL, whose registered office is at 117 Rue Jean-Baptiste Lebas, 59493 Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France.

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the entire relationship between Homeseek SARL (the “Publisher”) and any individual who accesses the RunMorph platform and its services (the “User”).

Signing up for the platform or using its services constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept all of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Article 2: Description of the services

RunMorph is an online platform that generates personalized training plans for runners (road and trail). The services offered include, in particular:

  • Creating an individual athlete profile (physiological data, history, race goals).
  • Automatically generating training programs with an artificial intelligence engine based on scientific periodization principles.
  • Syncing sports activities through third-party services (in particular Strava).
  • Tracking progress and visualizing training data.

The Publisher reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue all or part of the platform’s features at any time and without notice, in particular for maintenance, technical improvements or changes to the commercial offering.

Article 3: Health warning and User responsibility

The training plans generated by RunMorph are designed by an artificial intelligence system based on the information provided by the User. They are suggestions for guidance only and can in no way replace the advice of a doctor, a healthcare professional or a qualified coach.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They are solely responsible for the accuracy, honesty and completeness of the information entered in their profile (age, gender, medical history, injuries, experience level, personal records). Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to an unsuitable program.
  • The plans generated are a training framework that they must adapt to how they feel on the day, their physical sensations, the weather and any other relevant factor.
  • They are strongly advised to consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing a training program, particularly in the event of a known condition, a return from injury or pregnancy.
  • They run at their own risk. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any injury, accident or bodily harm occurring while following a training plan.

Article 4: Account creation

Access to RunMorph’s services requires creating a personal account. Users can sign up with an email address and a password, or through a third-party authentication service (Google).

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information when signing up and completing their profile.
  • Keep their login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
  • Notify the Publisher without delay of any unauthorized use of their account at contact@runmorph.com.

Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Article 5: Plans and pricing

5.1 Free trial

RunMorph offers a free trial that lets the User discover a limited set of the platform’s features. The trial requires no commitment and no payment details. The scope of the features available in the free trial is defined by the Publisher and may change at any time.

5.2 Premium subscription

Access to all of RunMorph’s features requires a paid subscription, under one of the following plans:

  • Monthly subscription: €9.99 per month, all taxes included.
  • Annual subscription: €99 per year, all taxes included (the equivalent of €8.25 per month).

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The Publisher may change its prices at any time. Any price change will be notified to the User at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect and will only apply from the next renewal of the current subscription.

5.3 Automatic renewal

Unless the User cancels before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically for the same length as the original subscription. The User can cancel at any time from their account or by contacting support at contact@runmorph.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, with no pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

Article 6: Payment

Subscriptions are paid by card through the secure payment platform Lemon Squeezy. All transactions are encrypted to current security standards (SSL/TLS). RunMorph never stores the User’s card details, which are handled exclusively by the payment provider.

If a payment fails, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend access to premium features until the payment is settled.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the User has fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, the User must send a clear and unambiguous request to contact@runmorph.com, stating their first and last name, the email address linked to their account and the subscription date.

The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the User expressly agrees to another method.

However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the User has expressly agreed to the immediate performance of the service and waived their right of withdrawal before the end of the fourteen-day period.

Article 8: Artificial intelligence and content generation

RunMorph uses generative artificial intelligence technologies to design the training plans offered to the User. Athlete profile data (age, gender, level, training volume, records, injury history) is sent to the AI model in anonymized form to produce a personalized program. No directly identifying data (name, email address) is shared with the model.

The User is informed that the results produced by the artificial intelligence rely on statistical models and training data drawn from the scientific literature. These results are neither a medical diagnosis nor a sports prescription. The Publisher guarantees neither that any particular performance goal will be reached nor that sporting activity is free of risk.

Article 9: Third-party services and external connections

RunMorph lets the User connect their account to third-party services (in particular Strava and Google) to import sports activity data or to make signing in easier. These connections are optional and initiated solely by the User.

Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Publisher cannot be held liable for the operation, availability or data practices of these services.

The User can revoke a third-party service’s access at any time from their account or from the settings of the service concerned.

Article 10: Intellectual property

All the elements that make up the RunMorph platform (texts, visuals, logos, algorithms, technical architecture, databases, interfaces) are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of Homeseek SARL or its licensors.

The User is granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to viewing and using the platform’s services for their personal sporting activity. Any reproduction, extraction, distribution or commercial use of all or part of the platform’s content is strictly prohibited without the Publisher’s prior written consent.

The training plans generated for the User are licensed for strictly personal use. Reselling, redistributing or making them available to third parties is prohibited.

Article 11: Limitation of liability

The Publisher undertakes to use reasonable means to ensure that the platform works properly and is available. However, access to RunMorph is provided “as is,” with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or defect-free.

The Publisher cannot be held liable in the following cases:

  • Temporary interruption of the service for maintenance, updates or force majeure.
  • Inaccurate, unsuitable or incomplete information provided by the User in their profile.
  • Damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
  • Malfunctions attributable to third-party services (Strava, Lemon Squeezy, internet service providers).
  • Injuries, accidents or physical harm occurring during sporting activity, whatever the origin of the training plan followed.

In any event, the Publisher’s financial liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the dispute.

Article 12: Personal data protection

The processing of the User’s personal data is governed by RunMorph’s privacy policy, available at runmorph.com/en/privacy. The User is invited to read it for detailed information on the data collected, the purposes of processing, the rights they have and how to exercise them.

Article 13: Termination and account deletion

The User may request the deletion of their account at any time from their account or by sending a request to contact@runmorph.com. Deleting the account permanently erases all associated data within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention obligations.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete, without notice or compensation, the account of any User who breaches these Terms, misuses the platform or behaves in a way that infringes the rights of third parties or disrupts the proper functioning of the service.

Article 14: Support and complaints

For any question about how the platform works, managing your subscription or to report a problem, the User can contact support at contact@runmorph.com.

The Publisher strives to respond to requests within a reasonable time, but cannot guarantee a specific response time.

Article 15: Changes to the terms

The Publisher may change these Terms at any time to adapt them to changes in the service or in the applicable regulations. Substantial changes will be brought to the User’s attention by email or by a notification within the platform at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them. If the User disagrees, they may cancel their subscription and delete their account.

Article 16: Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. The User is informed that they may use a consumer mediator under the conditions set out in Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Publisher’s registered office, unless a mandatory legal provision grants jurisdiction to another court.
